		<description>I might be completely off here, but as far as memory serves the file structure on a local drive uses slashes in the other direction. Additionally, the hash sign designates an on-page anchor and therefore the browser thinks it's looking for an anchor called "_file.pdf" on a page located at "...example_". I'm not convinced that these are actually bugs, but more like one of those really annoying "gotchyas."</description>
